The amount of bookmarks indeed seems to be part of the problem, yet I
also discovered something else.
First some information:
I have 78 bookmarks in total, in a hierarchy that is two subfolders deep. The
actual json-bookmark file exported by Firefox is 33KB in size.

I'd just like to add that I was having this same problem, but the
suggestion to set pulseaudio as default seems to have fixed all of the
audio skipping in vlc.

This is because MS recently changed their way to notify the
onlein/offline status changes. I had the same issue with the program
called emesene, but the fix is released in the latest development. For

As others have commented earlier, this bug appears to be somewhat random
(a race condition?) and so a few successful boots don't mean the bug is
fixed. If #32 doesn't do essentially more than #2, it fails every now
and then at least here and as such I'm not surprised of comments #12,
#31, #37.
