I got a Samsung Q320 aswell and I have the same problem. The only fn-key
which works is the mute/unmute sound. I can't enable/disable the wifi,
BT, can't change brightness, can't switch on external screen. etc...

Yes, it was awful and costly. I still have that hardware around, and the
recent kernels work just fine -- the issue is gone. I think the fix must
have happened at some kernel update between versions, but I don't
remember when exactly. So if we don't care about old versions, this can

Note that there are missing icons as well for all of the installed
themes: GNOME, High Contrast Inverse, and Humanity. So at least gnome-
icon-theme and gnome-accessibility-themes are affected as well if not
some other package altogether.
