(lucid). Firstly, it takes a while (about 1 min) to enter true
"suspension" (based on the sound of fans, etc). Once my laptop is
suspended, pressing the power button turns on hard disk & fans, but I

and a Panasonic tuner and recompiled 2.6.31-17 from source too with the

I've had power loss on my linux router. After I booted i've received the

Following up on my previous comment, I now believe my freeze issue may
be overheating. I still receive these firegl messages intermittently
with no obvious impact on my system. Today I have received none. I can
see one from a few days ago in my syslog

I updated my nfs root Karmic install and tried again - same problem
persists.
Similarly, all of my Karmix systems are having troubles with NFS mounts
at boot time. Since Jaunty, IIRC, they all initially indicate that
they've failed to mount nfs volumes at boot time - usually with that
