pin configuration default to 0x99130112 for pin 0x16 and see what

I have the same problem. In my case the wireless was actually enabled
after the upgrade, but after disabling it once it is impossible to re-
enable. I've tried doing what Mathieu suggested and it remains disabled
for me as well.
