fglrx (not installed): fglrx kernel module failed to build

As Carlos said in comment #150, the fix does not solve the problem. Now I
always get a menu bar but the menu is useless.
When the problem appears, all menu items, enable or disabled, do nothing when
clicked.
It is not a calc/base specific issue as I got this in writer.

The application was running fine, but before few days the gui doesn't
