When I first boot ubuntu 13.04 and open pidgin its fine. If I log out,
log back in, and open pidgin it always hangs immediately. Also tried

indicator-bluetooth is visible if gnome-bluetooth shows any adapters

In the live-CD session, I manually removed ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntustudio
package (via Synaptic) and Ubiquity did its job.
So it seems that the Ubiquity Slideshow doesn't run and makes Ubiquity

Pulseaudio seems to be crashing on login. I still have sound, but the
sound icon in the systray is disabled and Sound Settings does not show
any Input/Output Devices. The sound +/- shortkeys are working and I do
have sound, but it seems to be not coming from pulseaudio.

138a:0011 and not the 138a:0018, but, hey, why not to try?) and still
not working.
