That's right... the problem is in Raring (the host).
There is no problem in the Saucy VM. It enters suspend mode and wakes up with
both kernels (3.11.0-3 and upstreams 3.11.0-031100rc6 and daily-build) with no
problems.

I cannot use qemu-img to create a qcow2 format file with a name

Steps to reproduce:
1) qemu-img create -f qcow2 foo 1 # this works
2) qemu-img create -f qcow2 foo:bar 1 # this fails
Expected results: both commands should succeed, and I should end up
Having the same issue in Precise with Intel Corporation Centrino
Advanced-N 6205 (rev 34).
B/G are fine. N works really well at first then plummets in speed to
less than 1 Mb/s and becomes unusable. Rebooting the router causes it to
work again (really fast), then it plummets again.

by different I mean that the system freezes in both the situations, with
nmi_watchdog enabled and disabled, and this happens as soon as I soon as I
change the brightness levels, and this is the reason I actually reached this
bug report.
