One thing that I've noticed is that just opening IntelliJ and making it
full screen, doesn't trigger this bug.
But if I open a second project in intelliJ (in a new window) and make it
full screen as well, then switch to another application and switch back

I tried to install mysql-workbench, which proceeded to remove MariaDB (I
assume this is a dependency issue/resolution mechanism). The
