is no info in the debug that indicates why it failed, presumably there
was something wrong with upstart when dealing with procps. I am marking

Ok, I tried Remmina version
1.1.2-ppa1+793+next+201511061246~ubuntu15.10.1 from PPA Remmina-Next

And the bug is fixed. Maybe is a regression, because in Ubuntu 14.04

Sporadically I get a blank page when I use the url-dispatcher to go to
the music scope.
The same issue has been reproduced going to the photos scope.
After go to the scope I am waiting until the scope header is loaded and
the loading bar has disappeared.
So this behaviour is currently acceptable as it brought massive
improvements to the speed and processing of images by using thumbnailer,
it used to fetch art directly and then process it.
This means better battery and better speed experience so I think it is
not likely to change.

This is in the Custom tarball.
Tested by installing 169 krillin rc-proposed, Tested that images opened.
Install Url-dispatcher which was the other suspect and still the image
opened.
Installed a fresh 170 (the image with just the custom-tarball) and the
image no longer opens from the photo's scop
