I've tested building this with either all gcc or all g++, and the result
is the same.
At this point I suspect a regression in glibc 2.23. I don't think lua
is doing anything particularly fancy here, yet at the time the binary is
built, stdout points to a place in memory (possibly read-only) that'

@cyphermox what's the best way of trying the fix? Can I just get updated
packages with the beta2 or should I wait for this to get into a nightly
build (and if so when do the nightlies get made)?

I understand and I quite agree that such keybinding replacement could
cause some troubles to people who were used to use Alt+Space for such
use case (which is historically relevant). I would have preferred to
just move the HUD to Super+Space.
However, adding the ability of using the window actions
