can someone tell me why this bug bugs use for a year now? is it so hart to fix

I've a test KVM guest with hostname 'lxdhost'. Latest Ubuntu 14.04 is on
lxdhost with 3.13.0-85-generic kernel. I give 2 GiB RAM and 2 vCPU core
to this host. When I create a Trusty container and set up resource
limits, these do not apply to the container.

2. Import public keys using menu in seahorse.
3. Keys do not appear in seahorse but can be listed using gpg –list-keys (from

if i add a Folder View widget to the desktop in an installed Kubuntu, it
has the same small size. i don't know what defines the default size of a
new Folder View widget, whether it's a config parameter or a line of
code, but i guess that's where the root cause of the problem is.

After upgrading from 15.04 to 15.10 to 16.04, when I try to run digikam
I get an error message 'digikam: error while loading shared libraries:
