cloud-init has no dependency on python. It is possible that your user-scripts
do, but that is beyond the control of cloud-init. The ubuntu 16.04 cloud
images do not have a python2 interpreter installed.

Well the tablet works with gnome 3.20, but in ubuntu the problem persist.
I didn't have the xf86-input-wacom installed in antergos :p so i thinked that
gnome 3.20 wasn't detecting the tablet. I installed and it works!!! in Gnome
3.20.

Right, sorry for the confusing. the dbus access to the dconf service and
the xdgruntime are working as they should, what is confusing the
gsettings client is that the database is not in the standard ~/.config.
Ideally we would bindmount the host ~/.config/dconf/user to the snap private
location

Checkbox should show at the beginning what hardware/equipment is
required to perform all the tests (ie. it needs to display a list of
devices needed before running the test: headphones, microphone, usb
headphones, mmc card, sd card, sdhc card, cf card, etc...)

Running Checkbox from Ubuntu 16.04 live USB.
Checkbox's current test hangs when I accidentally or purposefully click the
back button.
I need to close Checkbox and run it again to make that test working.
