A little update: the long delay was caused, in my case, by the "Diodon"
clipboard manager for some reason; since I've uninstalled the app
logging out works without annoying delays. Sorry if the bug report was
too rushed.

@Michael and @Zygmunt -- classic confinement won't fix this, it will
only workaround it. This bug is about a 'confinement: strict' snap (vlc)
that works completely fine with strict mode except for being able to
browse outside of the directories that the snap is configured to use
(ie, outside of hom
pitti, as far as I know the debhelpers add the needed steps to the
maintainer scripts of the cups-daemon package. So it seems that the
debhelpers do not add the required commands.

It's strange that connectivity is interrupted when the DHCP discovery is
attempted. It's not clear to me why connectivity should be interrupted
at all. (For example, if an ARP entry is being cleared out, it should be
added back relatively quickly.) Right now I don't know what could be
changed in MA

Thank you for taking the time to report this crash and helping to make
this software better. This particular crash has already been reported
and is a duplicate of bug #1617564, so is being marked as such.
With the version of python-cassandra from xenial-proposed I no longer
receive the Traceback.
