Calamares is apparently NOT present ("dpkg-query: no packages found
matching calamares") on the installed release version of Lubuntu 18.10
(as I had suspected), so I am reporting the 5 separate issues from the
live session. Fortunately, ubuntu-bug seems to work from a live
