I found a crash report in /var/crash which is created by upgrade
process.
Once I delete this crash report from /var/crash, error dialog and
related syslog output that I reported no longer occur. I'm not very sure
that my case was the same as originally reported

I have upgraded from Ubuntu 18.10 to 19.04 by do-release-upgrade command
and I have exactry the same problem.
About a second after login to desktop, attached System Error dialog box
popped out every time, but no detailed information was shown when
clicked "Report Problem".

For myself, I have not got any other applications open, and I have not got any

nothing because waiting is too hard for it". Of no interest of any kernel
dev. So, just as Linus once said "f**k you Nvidia", the very same goes back
to linux itself. Pity

"I do bulk IO and it gets slow" sounds rather general, and problem that
can resurface anytime due to some new underlying issue. So the problem

Doesn't look as if issue was ever fixed but closing as invalid
as the mozilla plugin is no longer a included with totem

Accepting the fix into stable releases. Note that the fix only prevents
new breakages; existing affected users will not be unbroken without
rebooting (or rebooting X).

libh2o-evloop is not linked with wslay

installer:

this was uploaded to livecd-rootfs at apr-12 so it ended up on the
medium on 20190413.
The following commit fixed it:
For the moment I do not seem to be able to reproduce this. So I guess it
happened when I tried to send the report bug thing in the popup since
that popup came because of another crash: _usr_lib_x86_64-linux-
gnu_cups-pk-helper-mechanism.125.crash. But since that failed I edited
the crashdb conf
