the latest would be [1] 10.3.10 as verified to be ok by VMWare.
It was published in mid June, if you didn't do updates before it is possible
that this might be the first time you use the new version.
Upgrading the tools in a guest of my own works fine, so we need to find

I see that Launchpad allows to mark another package as affected.

added libde265-examples to the exclusion list for main, and readded the
libheif build-dep to imagemagick in order to revisit this MIR.
