I've read a little more and it seems that the Flatpak themes in Flathub
are not necessarily the ones from Yaru but others created by a fork
called Yaru-Colors. Maybe that's related with what @inzrtuzr said about
version numbers (?).

the problem appears normally under heavy load for the wifi, i.e. when
downloading a big file over the net
my tests are more or less like this
case : Kernel 5.17.5
1)boot
2)I downloaded a 80Mb file, problem appears
3)turn off Wi-Fi
4)turn on Wi-Fi the problem persist (without heavy load over the
