(no cd-drive in my tiny X61s so someone else check it with a livecd

I second Rubin... I also have a lenovo thinkpad with intel video option
(Thinkpad x61s). Basic installation of ubuntu Gutsy, try to use 3d
(specifically openGL, i use blender to reproduce this bug) -> crash will

I just reproduced with your xorg.conf the exact same behaviour... I can not
quite explain it either. I've tried multipe xorg.conf's now and nothing seems
to help. The only thing that i found so far that describes the symptoms is this
bug-entry. I just hope the debug information i send might help
