I support Noto Sans CJK or Source Han Sans (they share the same content
of CJK part, while Adobe holds the copyright, licensed under Apache v2)
regular style for default CJK displaying.
That is absolutely better than Droid Sans Fallback because it takes care
of various region-specif shapes well
OK, I will try to figure out which configuration play a big role to list
AR PL UMing as the first one in serif style when I am free, and then
file another bug report for that issue. It might around Chinese new year

I found out that if you select language at the boot, you will get a
partially translated interface which not all translations are loaded.

To Hsin-Yi, Chen (hychen):
Test without Chinese (Taiwan) translation is OK. But I don't think you
have to test in LANG=C, because this file should only be provided to the
users who choose to use Chinese (Traditional) support in Language
support. (Or maybe I am wrong?!)

Now the setting of 69-language-selector-zh-tw.conf picks up the Latin
fonts first, then fallback to Chinese fonts. By default, ubuntu only
