Ok, so there are two bugs being reported here:
1) Your machine needs a model quirk applied. Please file a separate bug
so we can get that fix pushed upstream. Just to clarify, do all
playback and capture work properly (aside from crackling, etc.) with
that quirk? I.e., inserting headphones mute
Why are you using the model=lg quirk? Can you remove it, reboot, and
reproduce the symptom reported above?
