igv is unusable on my system. When I load some tracks to igv, I cannot
see the data tracks and when I scroll the panel is not refreshed so I
end up with a garbage panel. Screenshot is attached.

In order to enable Paragraph Settings, first you need to set width of
the column. Sample file to reproduce the problem is attached. Select
cell (1,2) and (2,2), right click and select Paragraph Settings. Finally
choose Alignment-Left.

Can someone also look into the build problem on linux 3.10rc1 kernel? I
think create_proc_entry must be replaced with a proc_create call. Here

Right now, pymol cannot be preferred as a default handler of a mimetype
such as chemical/x-pdb, since the Exec section in pymol.desktop lacks
