There is a workaround.
apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager. When you run it, you can
click on the thing for the Unity plugin. This will allow you to change
the keys for the Run dialog, and for the Dash thingy (if you don't want
Super/Windows to pop that up).

The bug seems to be on save, not on open. When I open a file saved in
.xls by OOo 3.1 from Karmic, the heights look good. But when I save,
the heights are messed up no matter what version of OOo I open it in.
