NOT work correctly when I first upgraded to Lucid beta. It was subject
to a random problem where the screen acted like it was a TV that had
lost its vertical and/or horzontal hold. That bug was 541501.

I have just had this same problem, I think, installing 10.04 beta from
9.04. I believe that apport reported it twice today but those are
anonymous as far as I can tell. I did try to save some other output
