I've been looking at screenshots of dual-SIM Android phones (bq Aquaris 4.5, bq
Aquaris X5, Oneplus 3…) and find none that had an empty SIM icons in the panel.
Pictures on their respective websites show two (working) network icons, to

It is still an issue in 13.04. I use autostart with Empathy and
Thunderbird, but only Thunderbird gets hidden behind the panel. This is
very frustrating, and normal users won't know how to move the window
