I have Kubuntu 22.04 and KDE 5.24.7 on my desktop. On 4/19/24 it
downloaded and installed kernel 6.5.0-28-generic. After restarting, I
suddenly had 2 issues:
1. I have 2 monitors. One of the monitors would not turn on while in the
KDE desktop. However, while booting and

Hello,
Same problem with dell xps m1330 (nVidia GeForce 8400M GS). Happened after
upgrading to 8.10.
Fans starts at full speed, stop, restart, stop when I boot the laptop.
After a while they are on at full speed all the time (lots of noise).
Fan on full speed now for example :
CPU : 40 degres
