Thanks to Brian Murray for directing this to the correct group.
("ubiquity" should be changed to "installer" or something intelligible
so it is clear what the package does.) But I have a question, where
does ubiquity (or grub) get the bogus list of 2 OSes that are no longer
on my computer,
I made an error. This bug occurred on ubuntu 15.10.4 install, but I
confused the numbers and put ubuntu 14.5 in the title and 15.4 in the
description. I don't know how I can edit the title and body to correct
these errors. If anyone can correct them please do. I don't want to
confuse people.
I looked at the "Bugs/FindingRightPackage" page and it said "plymouth"
was the package for boot screen bugs. But this may not be correct as
this error appears when ubuntu is being installed. There is no install
ubuntu package listed. Please help if this is not the correct package.

it's fresh, make an incoming call to your phone with some music playing
in music-app, answer/hangup the call - does it resume playback?

This sounds like media-hub might be crashing and qtubuntu-media
presently does not detect and handle that situation. So that's why
restarting music-app would resolve the issue, as it would force a new
player session within qtubuntu-media to media-hub.

The way to fix this is for OSMScout to set the audio role to be a
different role other than the default multimedia role. That way, media-
hub won't pause music playback to play this sound but pulseaudio will
instead reduce its volume while OSMScout's audio is played.
