To fix this issue I did :
rm -rf ~/.fontconfig/;sudo fc-cache -r -v
I don't know which one of these command fixed the issue, but I guess
it's the first one (as now I'm not able to reproduce the problem even
after removing msttcorefonts, recreating the cache, installing
msttcorefonts).

copy paste this command in a terminal as stated in my previous message :
gconftool --type float --set /desktop/gnome/font_rendering/dpi 96

I've just installed the latest gutsy on my laptop and bluez-gnome has
been automatically installed (and is a dependency of ubuntu-desktop).
So it seems this bug is fixed...

problem in this bug fixed openoffice crash.
