Verification successful for me
I started a new raring system on an ec2 machine and installed kubuntu-
desktop. I then upgraded to -proposed packages which included several
kde-telepathy packages. They all installed fine and I was then able to
run KDE Telepathy's contacts page and set up accounts
This upgrade seems to fix the issues highlighted but other issues
remain.
I can verify that muon-installer no longer crashes on startup. However
it does now crash when installing software with a backtrace pointing at
QApt.
I can verify that muon-upgrader can select and de-select the packages to

doing an install in oem mode from a kubuntu install today in virtualbox
the install works fine, and the oem setup is fine but on reboot it
crashes on running oem-config. The crash is due to NM not running I
think. This was from virtualbox, I did not have this issue on a
hardware install.
