Thanks for the update Robie. I was not aware of ntpdate being
deprecated (appears to have been deprecated years ago).
For those like myself that require ntpd (the suggested alternative
systemd-timesyncd uses sntp which may not suffice in all use cases), I

I know that this comment is not really useful, but I'd like to point out
that, unfortunately, this bug is still not fixed in the newest version
of Poppler (FC15: 0.16.7-1.fc15). I would really appreciate if someone
could try to fix this bug (unfortunately I'm not able to do so) because

I have a pair of question... have you ever manually installed a driver
using ndiswrapper? Or modified the file /etc/rc.local? Has your intel
platform a broadcom wireless driver? If yes, it is bmc43xx? I'm trying
to understand if the problem is related to this thing that I done in
Ubuntu...

Mmmm I readed again your message and I think that our problem is not totally
related...
You saied that you can't ssh(or any else type of connection) when it freeze...
But in my case there are only keyboard and trackpad that freeze, the system
continue working.
