Since the upstream 3.13 kernel the radeon.audio=1 kernel boot option has
not been necessary. Instead, HDMI audio on ATI/AMD Radeon cards can be
enabled and disabled on the fly by typing the following in a terminal
window:
xrandr --output HDMI-0 --set audio on

Never mind. You are using AMD's proprietary fglrx driver so the above

System has been working normally since reporting this bug, without
further prompts to report a system problem.
According to man apt-get, sudo apt-get install -f is the same as the
sudo apt --fix-broken install that I have already ran. I ran the sudo
apt-get clean and sudo apt-get update

upgrade. Was advised to run sudo dpkg --configure -a
Did that and ran sudo apt-get upgrade again. Was advised packages had unmet

On Ubuntu 17.04 "Zesty Zapus" with eog 3.24.0-0ubuntu1 and librsvg2-2
2.40.16-2~svn1 this file no longer causes eog to crash, but instead of
displaying the file eog displays an error message.
Not that this file contains errors and is not a valid SVG file.
