I have `python3-cysignals-pari` installed in Ubuntu 20.04. This provides
the python module cysignals.
But running `pip check` returns the following message:
pplpy 0.8.4 requires cysignals, which is not installed.
cypari2 2.1.1 requires cysignals, which is not installed.

I've had these freeze issues for a while, and I've been following this
thread for a while (comment #42 helped, though I still have occasional
freezes).
Googled "Fedora random freeze" today and found this:

It was working when i was using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS . When I upgraded 10.04
lts to 12.04 sound just gone.
I tried uninstalling "alsa-base" and "pulseaudio" and reinstalled it.
Still its not working.
