tracked, could you please boot into a prior working release and file a new
report with Ubuntu by executing the following in a terminal while booted into a
Ubuntu repository kernel (not a mainline one) via:
ubuntu-bug linux

Even though I really want to report this upstream I have to admit I have
absolutely no clue how to do it. The instructions are - let's call it -
incomprehensible.
I am guessing I have an issue not related to USB therefore I should
write an email to the appropriate mantainer of the certain driver.
