oh my! I wonder if its just Acer Aspires that are giving this problem. and to think suspend worked well in Dapper and Edgy on my 3003NLMi. I hope Erik's case was due the fact that it was a daily build, but ideally at this stage something as key as suspend should be working. anyway, we'll see how

I reported an earlier version of this bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.20/+bug/74768 This was for 2.6.20. I was told that it wouldn't be fixed, because it referred to a stable version of the kernel, so I rereported it on the experimental Tribe 5 version.
