I've had this occur at least 4 times over the last month. Twice it lead
to the loss of work in progress.
I'm using Ubuntu 8.04 fully updated. It has always occurred with Firefox
(last with 3.0.3) when I quickly click on the minimize button (every
time however I knew I was making a bad click,
I have had this happen on xubuntu intrepid. I was on Amazon, did a
search, and this type of crash occurred.

then a quick action caused everything fall apart.
