Problem still there in Xubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx What happend additionaly, it somehow broke my Network Interfaces. In NetworkManager it only shows that Networks aren't managed. (Doesn't show LAN, W-LAN and UMTS) Also iwlist scan doesn't bring up any Networks. Even after the reload of ath5k and

If it is reproducible could you try the suspend from VT1, press ctrl- alt-F1, login, and run pm-suspend there. If you could test and report back here that would be helpful. We may see additional messages there. Also looking at your dmesg there does seem to be a hash detected in the boot:

Tried running pm-suspend from the console two times (with Xorg running and also stopped) and I still get the same double power-up and hang sequence upon trying to resume. No messages since the console remained blank. Should I try to mess up again with the DebuggingKernelSuspend method ? --
