It could also be an issue with an error in the download of your ISO, or
in the copying to the installation
For some lower-spec computers, using the alternate ISO is recommended

Ah sorry I did not see your post with Toshiba NB305-N600 written on. I
installed 11.04, 11.12 and 12.04 fine on my little samsung N145. Perhaps
it might be an issue with the model. Can I ask is it connected to the
internet when you install?

people at pendrivelinux have a new 'toy' for us to play with. I've used their
stuff in the past and it has always been good. I will try to get time over the

install this version with Lili Linux, is a creator for windows if do you
