Sorry to say, but the 11.xx series brought me enough unresolved problems
that I found it worth reverting back to 10.04. As far as I know, the
COMRESET is still an issue in 11.04, but not in 10.04.

I am also getting this message on a brand new Dell Precision M6600 also
during boot running Ubuntu 12.04.
