Am not very familiar with a11y, but i believe this is for general
usability (sorting)..
For example I live in a 3rd world country so my internet is very slow
and unfortunately metered too, I cant just go and hit install All
updates.
I check which ones are worth it and I sort by size

Thanks very much, as i suffer from RSI it was not as big issue with
synaptic, as it has very good accessibility features, but now that
update manager and USC are going to substitute it in favor of getting
its features, i assume making update manager more accessible should
begin having more
