Why should it matter if it's obscuring the search field? You usually
have to put the mouse in the search field to begin typing, and that
makes the message go translucent, allowing you to see the field.
Besides, where it is now has a greater chance of covering content than
the toolbar, and the

Based on the attached screenshot I'm marking as confirmed with
importance: Low as it is a cosmetic/usability issues that does not
limit the functionality of a non-core application.
I notice if the bubble were moved up it would obscure the search field.
