I felt it necessary to add my comment.
The patch applies cleanly, the package builds and install ok, and the debdiff
is very good work.
However, the icon appears to be based on the old nvidia logo design (with
NVTV written on the bottom half).
The logo and NVIDIA trademarks are clearly visible.
I agree LBX is integral to the X11 suite, and should be available on all
good distribution package managers.

mention that the dialog box was not hidden for me. It popped up either
after I clicked the broadcom checkbox or Enable Firmware for the
first time.

802.11b/g protection) on my router stopped my system from freezing after

I am experiencing the same error: setting as wallpaper doesn't work when
'Set Image as Wallpaper' is used from within gthumb. I tried starting
the program from the command line, but it doesn't produce any errors. I
removed my ~/.gnome2/gthumb to see if it fixes this problem, but it does

I had feisty installed on /dev/sda1. Then I installed gutsy tribe-5 in
/dev/sda5. During the installation I removed the existing swap partition
and made a new (bigger) one. Then I created a new partition for gutsy

and anything on the right hand side of top or bottom panels appears in a

I upgraded from feisty to gutsy yesterday and encountered the issue.
The workaround fixed it... for a day.

Switching to another profile (already existing) seemed to fix my issue.

Many thanks, Bryce, for investing so much in this solution. I love
testing a wide range of Linux live CDs and find that a % recognize my

port, it appears Gutsy is configuring the HDMI port at 1024x768 instead
