Document Viewer cannot show .pdf files
After some research I started messing with NetworkManager and dbus. It
appears that one or both was semi-locked up or it's configuration
screwed up. Killing NetworkManager and restarting debus made my ethernet
interface selectable for about a minute. After that it was grayed out
and no longer
I resolved the problem by deleting /home/ant/.mozilla , so it may indeed be a
flash issue or an extension problem.
I 'll try restoring the folder and disabling all flash plugin.

can do this, but if you already had the problem with the wrong device
numbers, you have to fix it manually in 70-persistent-net.rules.

I'm having this troubles, too, using bcm43xx on a 4318 chip. NM tries to
connect with 24M, which causes poor performance. In feisty the default
value was 11M, AFAIK due to restrictions in the kernel-driver, which
prevented higher rates. Now these seem to be no longer present, though

I don't have the version information to hand right now. The version of
pigdin was from a beta CD or one of the dailies on 2007-09-26 and the
configuration was entirely the default as shipped on that CD.
