It's possible this is another bug, but I'd rather put a comment here
rather than spamming launchpad. In my laptop (Dell Inspiron 8600c), with
kernel 2.6.24-17.31, suspend to RAM is no longer reliably working. The
hardy default 24-16 works extremely fine, though. I will toy a bit with
hibernation

I use Nokia N95 8GB.
I think that it doesn't matter because the connection works fine in Feisty and
Windows, and even in hardy if I specify from the phone which bluetooth channel
to use. As far as I understsand the problem seems to be that Hardy doesn't
reply correctly to the discovery request

The way to reproduce:
1. start roxterm the following way: roxterm --directory=/usr

This is very sad. This forum is certainly the wrong place to argue against the
kernel development. Anyway - I am using Linux since 1996 now, used almost all
different flavors, finally got to debian because of the cool update mechanism
and ended at ubuntu because everything seemed to work
I can confirm this bug is present on Hardy Heron. I installed the debian
from the link supplied by KarlGoetz and that's got it working! I have
no idea what the difference is, but at least it works.

It's not fixed in any of my installs of 8.04b with firefox 3.0b4. It's
been so long since I've seen the icon I don't remember the last time I
saw it. Currently NHL.com, NBA.com sportsline.com, Ebay.ca, and all the
other bookmarks have Icons. Nothing for Ubuntuforums.org though.

The audio is indeed an Intel HDA, which should not cause any problems.
IDE/SATA are the 82801HBM/HEM found on the ICH8M southbridge.
I have found other bug reports about modprobe errors on the ICH8.
Hein, try two things:
1) Try disabling the IDE interface from your BIOS. This might stop your DVD
If this can help i'm using pm-utils (installed by default with a fresh
