Mepis doesn't have Molecules module installed
Ubuntu LiveCD after sudo apt-get install xscreensaver, selected Molecules and
locked up, only mouse cursor worked, had to do hard reset
Now everytime I go into the xscreensaver configure it locks up because
the Molecules is highlited

Found a solution for this bug combining some ideas from the forums.
1.
Make a "floppy" dir into "media" dir: sudo mkdir /media/floppy
2.
Add this to fstab: /dev/fd0 /media/floppy0 auto rw,user,noauto 0 0

Mount floppy: sudo mount -o rw -t auto /dev/fd0 /media/floppy

why are you using the vesa driver? Only in special cases (where the bios
supports it) can it handle other than 4/3 resolutions. Try using
openchrome.

I think I know what's the problem here. There was this famous bug
#289466 where the network-manager didn't appear in some cases. That bug

seems if I change the default terminal and its execute flag, then when I
go back to gnome-terminal it forgets it should use -x. If I type a
custom command "gnome-terminal" it selects the built-in option without
giving me a chance to change the execute fla
Editing the file /home/username/.amsn/plugins/tls1.50/pkgIndex.tcl helped me.

Using amsn 0.97 from ubuntu repository it ask me to download a TLS module, but
then it doesn't work testing Intrepid 64-bit (no problem using version 0.97.1
compiled)
