and my wireless test speed reach ~6.5 Mb/s instead of ~1 Mb/s.

Binary package hint: apport
ubuntu-bug, apport-bug, and apport-cli all segfault when run as a normal
user. sudo ubuntu-bug works fine.
This is possibly related to Bug #458928, but I don't have any apt source
files that I don't have permission to read.
