Ok, home now to do some testing. I somehow forgot that Unity is silky
smooth on my desktop Phenom II X4 955 and nVidia GTX260. I have Detect
Refresh Rate disabled in Compiz, and set the refresh to 120. Terminals
and other windows move around very smoothly, including in Expo mode.

I've a Santech notebook (a clevo based) with a fresh instal of K-ubuntu.
With service bluetooth restart resolve the problem.
I've update the kernel from the natty-proposed repository and the
systray icon work properly. I've not tried with any device yet.
Maybe add also the kde bluetooth software
The crash also happens on my Kubuntu 11.04 running on Geforce 8600 using
NVIDIA's latest drivers (installed from jockey).
Problems is temporarily solved by disabling the desktop effects.

graphic settings” and after selecting “boot into terminal”, X11+nvidia starts.
(nouveau is no option since i need 3d for minecraft and nouveau hangs my system

I'm seeing this problem too. nvclock and other programs report the
temperature of all the GPU's correctly but the sensors applet seems
broken.
The sensors applet shows zero degrees for the second GPU.
GPU0CoreTemp is correct while GPU1CoreTemp is always zero.

I have meet the same crashes but with intel chipset.
Here is a snip of xorg logs:

This issue hit me about 4-5 days ago after a reboot. Both firefox and
and chrome are affected. Websites that typically load in 1-2 seconds are
taking 2-5 minutes to load fully. Some sites simply timeout and are thus
unreachable. Disabling IP6 did not fix the problem.
It seemed like a DNS related

Another thing I just noticed: when you
1) click workspace switcher on launcher and then say
2) I want to switch to the terminal
Then I can click on the terminal icon in the launcher, but this also
required a double-click. Launcher clicks in the panorama view should
just require one click only

Seems to be in Natty. I got here googling for a solution to my X-crash-
when-emacs-is-started problem.
Uninstalling xfs did the trick.
I'd better start on that backlog of real work now, then... *sigh*

I had the same problem: even my locale was set to ca_ES@utf8, the
Valencian variant was selected by default on Firefox.
Once I removed the ca-valencia firefox language pack, everything went
ok. This may be a Firefox locale problem...
