I'm trying to figure out what the cause is. From what I can see, PulseAudio is
trying to set the volume, probably over a network/tunnel sink? Is this correct
- were you running tunnel sinks (or sources) at that time? If so, was it in the
startup or
Seems like a problem with Static application switcher compiz plugin.
Open the plugin configuration in ccsm and uncheck Mipmap option in
Appearance tab

As Ubuntu replaced Region language section from Gnome Control center I
can't change the keyboard layout.
