Looks like the regression was introduced when trying to fix a problem
with the mouse going into space outside of the display, when you have
two displays of different sizes joined together. Here's the bug I think
Bryce referred to, and it looks like that broke panning.
This looks like a bug. You may be able to workaround it by following the
advice in the warning message you quoted above:
[Warn 16:35:12.243] There's (maybe) something wrong with some of the installed
extensions.
You can try removing the directory addin-db-000 from ~/.config/f-spot/
