It appears I am seeing this same bug in Kubuntu 12.04. It happens when I
have an NFS mounted FS open in Dolphin and attempt to sleep the machine.

Had the same problem. Here's a trick (in Precise):
Go to "System Settings", then "Appearance", and finally "Behavior". The
"Auto-Hide the Launcher" option is probably off (if not, just switch it off);
if so, switch it on again. Adjust the "Reveal Sensitivity" accordingly.

Ok, but other think is that I had working i686-w64-mingw32-g++ before
upgrading to precise. Because c++ compiler is now after upgrade in other
package, upgrade tool should install it.

I tried live usb booting into Precise amd64 a few days before final
release, left it running overnight while bittorrenting. Didn't notice
much of an increase in memory usage in nm-applet, maybe 10% at most,
which is far far better than what I'm seeing in natty. Also, I never
encountered the little

Xork, means blacklisting Intel graphics driver, which is not feasable!
The one solution for certification imho is to add Nvidia HDMI support through
Bumblebee 3.1 which might likely become a default official package in Ubuntu.

I think the xkeyboard-config error is just a side-effect of the upgrade
failure. Probably if you complete the upgrade and reconfigure the
package, it should work properly then.
