Public bug reported:
EtherLike-MIB::dot3StatsTable supported in net-snmp (linux hosts) since
5.5 version (see: http://www.net-snmp.org/docs/README.agent-mibs.html)
Please enable this MIB by default.
I tested it on 13.10:
$ snmpwalk -v2c -c public localhost EtherLike-MIB::dot3StatsTable
If you have these problems running Dota 2, you should try Mesa Git or wait for
Mesa 10. It contains several patches to remove lockups.
For me on Dota 2 the lockups are completely gone, probably they're also gone in
other applications.

Sorry folks -- but I have just upgraded tow laptops to Xububtu 13:10 and
the bug is still present! No hibernate (except via command line). This
is not what I would call a fix!
Let me know what additional information you need.

I'm using a Samsung NC20 since a couple of years now. It has never been
easy with X11 but with Ubuntu 13.10/saucy it has become an export issue
to get this netbook running.
Notice that this is a regression from Ubuntu 13.04/raring where
openchrome was worked more or less
