I just had this happen to me after un-docking and then re-docking my
laptop. When docked, it's connected to two monitors (laptop screen not
used), and when not docked, it reverts to just the laptop screen.
Since I got this ThinkPad I refrain from using Redmond products outside of
a VM. But luckily I can give you the link. ^^ All you need to do is take
the current link and substitute the version number suffix. So for v1.61 the
suffix is `j09` instead of `j12`. Prego:

I don't understand why this is a wish list bug.
In previous default installation of Xubuntu, this problem didn't exist.

Been Having an Issue trying to get my internal DVDRW to mount properly
so I check out the synaptic Package manager to see if its a conflict in
the system itself so I personally didn't put the OS on so I don't know
how it was arranged in the first place but its kinda worked
